Nano brewing systems refer to the equipment and machinery used in nano breweries for the production of beer on a small scale. These systems typically include brewing kettles, fermenters, mash tuns, hot liquor tanks, and other specialized vessels and machinery required for the brewing process.

Nano Brewing Systems Advantages:



Aseptic Brewing:

The tank body is made of 304 stainless steel. Use SUS304 and SUS316 sterile pipes and sterile valves. All pipe corners, welds, and pipe ends are carefully polished. Make sure all exterior surface roughness is #4 and all tank interior surface roughness is 2B.

Nano Craft Brewing System uses special designs for its wort pipeline and hot and cold water pipelines. Make sure that no liquid remains inside the pipe after flowing through it. This avoids liquid residue and microbial reproduction caused by incomplete cleaning.


Small Size:

The Nano Craft brewing system occupies a minimum area around 1m*0.6m and is equipped with wheels, allowing you to move this small brewing equipment anywhere.

YME has a professional brewing system design team. Able to integrate the functions of a large brewing system into this small brewing equipment. Including automatic sensing of saccharification temperature, automatic control of wort flow, automatic supply of brewing water, and adjustment of water temperature. CIP


Easy to clean:

YME Nano Craft Brewing System has a CIP device that is compatible with large brewing systems. CIP cleaning trolley can be used. or. The pipes of the CIP cleaning station are directly connected to. Used on small brewing equipment.

In order to facilitate the use of home brewing enthusiasts, we have upgraded the equipment used in beer home brewing. The Nana craft brew house can be used as a temporary CIP cleaning system when necessary.


Easy To Operate:

YME small brewing equipment comes with monitoring and control panel. The main functions are: monitoring the temperature inside the tank. Monitor the flow rate in the pipeline and automatically control the pump switch and flow rate. Automatically control the temperature inside the tank. Automatically control the switch of wort and water. All brewing processes and brewing techniques can be controlled through the YME control panel.

YME's brewing equipment applies ergonomic design to facilitate the brewer's operation, minimize labor intensity and reduce the occurrence of occupational diseases caused by repeated labor.


Precise Control:

YME's automated control program can control time and temperature. The setting of other parameters can control all the heating and holding and the transfer of wort and water during the saccharification process. All brewing processes can be controlled by PLC automation control program. The YME automatic saccharification program can control time accuracy to the millisecond level and temperature control accuracy to 0.01°C.

Small refrigeration equipment is also used in this equipment. Equipped with one. A micro-refrigerator specifically designed for Nano craft brew house.


Nano Brewing Systems Configuraction:



Brewhouse Skid:

  • Mash lauter tank, with false bottom, side and top manway, 

  • Kettle whirpool tank

  • Hot water tank - optional, with insulation,Can be combined with mash/lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool tank to form a 3-vessel system.

  • Plate heat exchanger, Two stages or single-stage

  • Wort, water transfer pumps, stainless steel snatary pump, ABB motor, Danfoss VFD

  • Pipes and valves for msh and water , Seamless steel pipes, compliant with GB, DIN.


Cooling Unit:

  • Chiller: Provides rapid and stable cooling controlled automatically by PLC or temperature controller, serving as a cooling source for fermenters, bright tanks, and plate heat exchangers.

  • Refrigerant tank: Made of stainless steel 304/316/316L for storing refrigerant and connecting with refrigerant pump, with an insulation layer to reduce heat transfer and maintain constant temperature inside the tank.

  • Cold water tank: Constructed of stainless steel 304/316/316L for storing cooled water, used for temperature control during mashing and fermentation cooling, with an insulation layer to reduce heat transfer and maintain constant temperature inside the tank.

  • Cooling pipeline: Utilizes sterile food-grade sanitary pipes, with options for seamless steel pipes, complying with GB and DIN standards.

  • Cooling supply pump: ABB motor, optional with frequency converter, and optional PLC/temperature controller for automatic pump start/stop control. Connects with refrigerant pipeline to transport refrigerant to fermenters, bright tanks, and plate heat exchangers for cooling wort and water.

  • Temperature of MMLT displayed and Auto controlled on the brewhouse control panel

  • Temperature of HLT displayed and Auto control on the brewhouse control panel

  • Material manually flow

  • HLT and kettle/whirlpool tank dry burning prevention

  • Two emergency stop buttons on the brewhouse


Cellar control:

  • Digital display temperature in cellar tanks

  • Temperature auto control in Cellar tanks

  • Chiller buzzer if chiller has any alarm
