Working Principle
After filling and sealing, products enter the spray sterilizer, where they undergo preheating, heating, sterilization, holding, and cooling in multiple spray zones. The system uses circulating hot water, heated by steam, which is sprayed evenly through nozzles onto the product surface for efficient heat transfer.
Process steps include:
1. Preheating – Warm water preheats the product to prevent thermal shock.
2. Heating – Hot water spray rapidly raises the temperature to the set point (95–135°C).
3. Holding – The product is maintained at the sterilization temperature for the required time.
4. Cooling – Cold or chilled water spray gradually cools the product.
5. Discharge – The product is conveyed out for packaging or storage.
