Split-Type Semi-Automatic CIP System (Clean-in-Place System)

The Split-Type Semi-Automatic CIP System is a high-efficiency cleaning equipment designed for dairy, beverage, food, and pharmaceutical industries. It is used for internal cleaning of pipelines, storage tanks, pasteurizers, and filling equipment. This system combines manual control with automatic assistance, offering flexibility, reliability, and cost efficiency. The split-type design allows independent modules for flexible installation and easy maintenance, making it ideal for small and medium-sized dairy plants or pilot production lines.

Product Descriptions

System Components

● Alkali Tank – Stores alkaline cleaning solution to remove fats and proteins.

● Acid Tank – Stores acid cleaning solution for removing scale and mineral deposits.

● Hot Water Tank – Provides constant-temperature hot water for rinsing and heating.

● Water Tank – Used for pre-rinsing and final rinsing, with optional water recovery system to save resources.

● CIP Pump System – Provides high-flow circulation for turbulent cleaning of internal equipment surfaces.

● Control System (Semi-Automatic Console) – Operators manually control cleaning sections and flow direction, while temperature, time, and liquid level are automatically managed.

Main Features

● Semi-Automatic Control: Manual operation for section switching and flow control, with automatic temperature and level regulation.

● Split-Type Structure: Independent units for flexible layout, easy installation, and maintenance.

● Energy Saving: Optional water and liquid recovery functions reduce water and chemical consumption.

● Flexible Cleaning Options: Supports one-, two-, or three-stage cleaning programs adjustable to contamination level.

● Hygienic Design: All contact parts are made of food-grade stainless steel (SUS304/316L) with polished surfaces and no dead angles.

● Easy Maintenance: Simple structure with standardized parts, convenient for daily use and servicing.

Working Principle

The system pumps cleaning solutions through equipment pipelines to remove residues and microorganisms using high-speed liquid turbulence. A typical cleaning process includes:
1. Pre-Rinse – Flushes with water to remove surface residues.
2. Alkaline Wash – Removes organic matter such as proteins and fats.
3. Acid Wash – Removes scale and mineral deposits.
4. Hot Water Rinse – Neutralizes residues and enhances sanitation.
5. Final Rinse – Uses clean water to ensure no chemical residues remain.
6. Disinfection (Optional) – Hot water or chemical sanitizing solution for sterilization.
