Working Principle


The fully automatic system completes the cleaning cycle with minimal operator intervention:

  1. Pre-Rinse: Removes surface residues using warm or recycled water.

  2. Alkaline Wash: Circulates alkaline solution to remove fats and proteins.

  3. Hot Water Rinse: Flushes residual alkali and preheats equipment.

  4. Acid Wash: Removes inorganic scale and mineral deposits.

  5. Final Rinse: Uses pure water to eliminate residues.

  6. Disinfection (Optional): Thermal or chemical sterilization for maximum hygiene.
