Working Principle

The system automatically completes the following cleaning stages based on preset programs:
1. Pre-Rinse – Removes surface residues using warm or recycled water.
2. Alkaline Wash – Circulates alkaline solution to remove fats and proteins.
3. Hot Water Rinse – Flushes residual alkali and preheats equipment.
4. Acid Wash – Removes inorganic scale and deposits.
5. Final Rinse – Uses pure water to eliminate all residues.
6. Disinfection (Optional) – Performs thermal or chemical sterilization.
