The Pasteurization, Yogurt, and Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) Sterilizer (Three-in-One) is a multifunctional liquid food sterilization device that integrates pasteurization, yogurt heating and fermentation pretreatment, and ultra-high temperature sterilization. It is widely used in dairy products (milk, yogurt, flavored milk), beverages, and juices. With features of high efficiency, energy saving, and precise temperature control, it is ideal for small and medium-sized dairy processing plants or pilot production lines.

Main Functions

1. Pasteurization: Heats milk to 72–75°C for 15–20 seconds to effectively eliminate pathogenic bacteria while preserving nutrients and flavor.

2. Yogurt Pretreatment and Fermentation: Heats milk to 85–90°C for 5–10 minutes to denature whey proteins and improve yogurt texture. Includes cooling and constant temperature control for fermentation.

3. Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) Sterilization: Suitable for flavored milk, milk beverages, and juices. Heats to 90–105°C for 10–30 seconds to destroy heat-resistant bacteria while maintaining product quality.

Working Principle

The product (such as milk) is pumped into the heating system and passes through different sections: preheating, holding, cooling, and outlet. Operators can select different working modes according to the production process: Pasteurization (72–75°C / 15–20s), Yogurt (85–90°C / 5–10min), or UHT (90–105°C / 10–30s).
