Product Descriptions

YME’s 50L–300L nano craft brewhouse is designed for startup breweries, brewpubs, restaurants, hotels, pilot brewing facilities and brewing schools that need a compact small-batch brewing system.

The system supports mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpooling and wort cooling. Automatic and semi-automatic controls are available with 2-vessel, 3-vessel or 4-vessel configurations. Capacity, voltage and layout can be customized for your site and output.

Brewing Process

  1. Mashing: Malt and brewing water are mixed and heated according to the recipe.

  2. Lautering: Wort is separated from spent grain.

  3. Boiling: Wort is boiled for hop addition, sterilization and flavor development.

  4. Whirlpooling: Hop residue and solids are separated.

  5. Cooling: A plate heat exchanger cools the wort before fermentation.

  6. Fermentation: Wort is transferred to temperature-controlled fermenters.
