The 10HL Brewhouse marks the beginning of large-scale brewing equipment, where we can implement all functionalities and advanced automated control programs. It allows for the recording of more brewing recipes, one-click initiation of fully automated brewing processes, remote control of brewing equipment, and real-time monitoring of fermentation progress. The application of automated programs reduces labor and workload, thereby enhancing work efficiency.

Product Descriptions

Malt Handling System:

  • Grain mill: Made of stainless steel, equipped with a grain hopper, and a commercial-grade explosion-proof motor. It can grind a bag of grain in 5 minutes.

  • Auger / Flexible conveying: Easy to clean, industrial-grade motor, no dead angles or residues.


Brewhouse:

  • Mash / Lauter Tun: Available in manual or semi-automatic control modes.

  • Kettle / Whirlpool Tank: Options include electric heating, steam heating, and indirect fire heating.

  • Hot Water And Cool Water Tank: Equipped with separate insulated transfer pumps, the hot water tank can be heated by electric or steam, while the cold water pipe uses refrigerant cooling, which can be paired with a plate heat exchanger to accelerate heat exchange efficiency.

  • Wort Grant: High capacity, visible.

  • Wort Pumps, Water Pumps: Use sterile food-grade sanitary pumps to ensure stable operation and provide quality assurance.

  • Plate Heat Exchanger: Designed by YME engineers based on heat exchange efficiency, selecting the most suitable heat exchanger for each brewery.

  • Filter: Installed on the pipeline to preliminarily filter wort and protect the plate heat exchanger.

  • Sanitary grade sterile pipelines: Wort and water use separate transmission pipelines.

CELLAR TANKS CONTROL FUNCTION

  • Digital display temperature in cellar tanks

  • Temperature auto control in Cellar tanks

  • Five stage temperature auto control in fermenters (Five stage for temperature rise & keeping for different beer)

Cellar System:

  • Fermentation tank: Made of high-quality stainless steel, all welding is performed under protective gas to ensure welding quality and no leakage.

  • Bright beer tank: Available in various capacities, with a test pressure of up to 6 bar.

  • Horizontal tank: Can be designed according to the layout of the brewery to maximize space utilization.

     

Water Stations:

  • Water mixing: Automatically mixes hot and cold water through control valves to provide the appropriate temperature for wort saccharification.

  • Automatic water temperature detection: IFM temperature sensors installed in the pipeline can monitor the water temperature.

  • Automatic control of water volume and flow rate: Water volume can be preset according to the brewer's preferences, and the program will automatically control the water volume and flow rate based on the preset instructions.

 

Automatic CIP Station:

  • Portable CIP cart: Equipped with a water tank with automatic heating, transfer pumps, and an alkali tank. The cart has wheels at the bottom for easy mobility to any tank, connecting to CIP pipelines for internal cleaning of tanks and pipelines.

  • Large-scale CIP station: Specially designed for large breweries, it is controlled by automated programs and automatically prepares hot water and alkali solution. It can be connected to the CIP pipelines of Brewhouse and Cellar tanks for automatic cleaning of tank walls, saving manpower.
